The observations have been through the data collection system of the Norwegian Meteorological institute which includes a number of automated and manual quality control routines. The number of available quality control routines is parameter dependent. Note that this is a live/dynamic dataset: New observations arrive (at a pace that depends on the station and parameter) and existing observations may be corrected (even some of the very old ones).
